- A. Choose PNG if you need maximum compatibility with transparency. Choose WebP for a smaller file size while keeping the transparent background. JPG does not support transparency and will save with a white background.
- Q. When does background removal give poor results?
- A. Results may be less accurate when the background and subject have similar colors, or when the image contains complex hair, fur, or semi-transparent objects. Best results come from images with clear contrast between subject and background.
